Hey Friends !! How u doin?? 😉 I am here with a new post “ICE CREAM ROLLS” which I recently tried and a fan of those now.

Ice creams are usually everyone’s mood booster and there are like never ending flavors too. What if they are served with more dramatic and fascinating way!! Honestly, I am not a big fan of ice creams but these Thai ice cream rolls are really luring and mouth watering and have changed my mind.

Maya‘ outlet on the top floor in Arrowhead Mall, Phoenix serves great variety of Thai ice cream rolls that too at minimal price. The amazing part is you get to see your ice cream crafted in front of your eyes, which is makes it more interesting and eye popping.

They have good variety of flavors, see below . I tried the Monkey Business and thumbs up for that 🙂 🙂 You can fully customize your roll in just four steps by choosing base sauce, selecting your roll, toppings and at last the syrup.

Rolled ice cream is a sensational Thai frozen dessert, also known as stir-fried ice cream. According to Forbes, street vendors in Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, and the Philippines can whip up this frozen treat in about 2 minutes amazing!!

The ice cream is made by pouring a base of sweet milk on an extremely cold (-35°C) steel surface that resembles a pizza pan.

Metal spatulas are then used to chop toppings into the base and scrape it around. Once the base is frozen solid, it is spread thinly and scraped at an angle to create the magnificent rolls of ice cream.

The rolls are then placed carefully in a cup and topped with items like whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and fresh fruit. Here comes your cup 🙂 yummmmm!!!

Guys do pay your visit at Maya at least once. Its really worth trying and you would surely want to visit again.

Hurry up guys, go and give your taste buds some treat!!

Cheers & Love,

Megha
